Your message is read by one of us, not by an automated system. We reply personally and suggest an introductory conversation, by phone or video call, at a time that suits you.
That conversation is without obligation. You tell us about your plans and starting points; we explain how a purchase in Spain works and how CostaVista supports you along the way. Based on this, we put together a selection of properties that matches your requirements, so you do not have to work through a large market yourself and can compare in a focused way.
What is useful to mention
The more we know in advance, the better we can prepare for the first conversation. For example:
- your budget, and whether it allows for the additional costs
- the intended use: letting, your own use or a combination of both
- areas you prefer, or would rather avoid
- your timing: roughly when would you like to buy?
- whether you will need a mortgage in Spain
You do not need to have everything worked out. Even if you are only just starting to look, a conversation is a good first step.
In your own language
We communicate in Dutch, English, German and Spanish. Write to us in whichever language you are most comfortable with; we will hold the conversation and any further correspondence in the same language.
